Our Co-Founder, Narita Cheah featured in Singapore Chinese Daily, Lianhe Zaobao, where she spoke about preparing for a new working experience post-Covid-19.
Citing our research, Narita shared that while several employees felt it was feasible to work from home, they also said online meetings are unable to facilitate interactions crucial to problem-solving, creativity and innovation. Hence, in planning for the new office, Narita proposes a hybrid office set-up that will bring the best of both worlds together.
