The return-to-office movement is here to stay, but employees emphasise the importance of having control over how they use their time in the workplace. This shift indicates that employees are willing to return but want autonomy over their work arrangements, emphasising a new era of solution-oriented workstyles and evolving workplace dynamics.

To navigate this delicate balance, the Workplace DNA whitepaper collected responses from over 3,000 participants across Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines, with 1,729 respondents (63%) from Singapore alone.

“We are seeing a pivotal shift in how companies design workspaces and rethink productivity – prioritising flexibility and employee empowerment. Organisations that create solution-driven workspaces are better positioned to attract and retain top talent while fostering a more engaged and innovative workforce,” said Narita Cheah, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Paperspace Asia.
